Warranty Policy

At Computer City, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products. Most of our products come with an official brand warranty.

Standard Warranty Terms

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, Computer City will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (e.g., physical damage, liquid damage, burn damage).

Claiming Warranty

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You may need to bring the defective product to our physical store or send it via courier.
